Who we are

PHR Design Build is a residential design-build and remodeling company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas. We design, plan, and build renovations for homeowners, and we work with trade partners, vendors, and suppliers to deliver those projects.

This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to https://www.phrdesignbuild.com and to the enquiry forms on it. It does not cover information you give us in person, by phone, or under a signed contract, which is governed by that agreement.

PHR Design Build (“PHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the business brand operating this website. You may also know us as Pro Home Renovations.

Information we collect from prospective homeowners

When you enquire about a project, we collect only what we need to understand the work and respond usefully.

Contact information

Your name, email address, phone number, and how you prefer to be contacted.

Property and project information

The property address, city, and ZIP code; whether it is your primary residence; whether you own the property or are purchasing it; and what you would like to change about the space.

Anticipated project investment

A broad range you select — for example $50,000 to $100,000, or “I’m not sure yet”. We ask so we can tell you early whether the scope you describe is achievable at the level you have in mind. It is a planning figure for the project, not a quote, and selecting one commits you to nothing. We do NOT collect or ask for your income, savings, bank or account balances, credit history, or financing details, and a range you give us says nothing about any of those.

Areas of the home involved

Which rooms or areas the project covers, such as a kitchen, a bathroom, or the whole home.

Project timeline

When you would like to begin — for example as soon as reasonably possible, within three months, or further out.

Photographs, plans, drawings, and documents

Any images or files you choose to attach, such as photographs of your existing space or inspiration images. These are optional; the form can be submitted without them.

How you heard about us

The source you select — for example a search engine, a referral, or social media — so we understand how people find us.

Your contact preferences and permissions

How you would like us to reach you, and each permission you give: whether we may contact you about the project, whether we may send project text messages, and separately whether you want marketing email or marketing texts. We record each of these independently, along with the date and the exact wording you were shown.

Anything else you tell us

Free-text descriptions of the project, desired changes, style preferences, and frustrations with the current space.

Information we collect from vendors and trade partners

If you apply to work with us as a subcontractor, trade partner, vendor, or supplier, we collect business information about your company.

Company and contact information

Legal business name, any trade or DBA name, your business structure, the first and last name of your primary contact, their job title, email, phone, website, business address, and years in business.

Capability information

For trade partners: the trades you self-perform, your primary trade, the areas you serve, crew size, languages spoken, and your experience in residential, remodeling, and new construction work.

Licensing and certification information

Whether your trade requires a licence and, if it does, the licence type, number, issuing authority, and expiration date, plus any additional certifications you tell us about.

Insurance information

Whether you carry general liability cover and in what range, and whether you carry workers' compensation and commercial auto cover. You may also attach a certificate of insurance.

Professional references

For trade partners: the company, contact name, phone or email, and working relationship for the references you name. We contact them to ask about your work, which is why the application asks you to authorise that.

Product and supply information

For vendors and suppliers: company type, product and service categories, brands represented, dealer or distributor status, service area, showroom or branch location, sales representative contact details, ordering methods, delivery and lead times, sample and catalogue availability, specification and technical support, warranty and return policies, and any catalogues or line cards you attach.

Purchasing terms

For vendors and suppliers: whether you offer trade or volume pricing, whether you open trade accounts, the payment terms you offer, minimum order requirements, and deposit requirements. These describe your terms of sale. We do not collect banking details, credit account numbers, or payment credentials anywhere on this website.

Website and device information

Like most websites, ours receives certain technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that referred you.

Cookies

Small files stored by your browser. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working — securing forms, maintaining an administrator session, and remembering the privacy choice you make. These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.

Analytics

Measurement tools that help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into difficulty. Analytics is loaded only if you allow the Analytics category in your privacy choices.

Advertising technologies

Tools that measure advertising campaigns or support more relevant advertising. Any such technology is loaded only if you allow the Advertising and targeting category in your privacy choices.

Communications and contact preferences

We use the contact details you give us to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and communicate about a project. Where you have told us how you prefer to be reached, we follow that preference.

Project and transactional messages

Replies to your enquiry, scheduling, and project communication. These are not marketing, and you cannot unsubscribe from them while we are actively working together — though you can ask us to stop contacting you entirely at any time.

Marketing email

Sent only if you tick the optional marketing box on the form. It is unticked by default, it is never required in order to submit an enquiry, and every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link. You can also simply ask us to stop.

Project text messages

Sent only if you choose text as your preferred contact method AND separately agree to project texts. These concern your project — scheduling, questions, updates. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply, and agreeing is never a condition of doing business with us.

Marketing text messages

A separate, optional permission that is unticked by default and entirely distinct from project texts. Agreeing to receive project texts does NOT sign you up for marketing texts, and you can decline marketing while still asking us to text you about your project. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Understand the property and scope so we can prepare for a consultation
• Develop designs, plans, selections, estimates, and schedules
• Coordinate and carry out construction work
• Evaluate and manage trade partner, vendor, and supplier relationships
• Operate, secure, and improve this website
• Keep records, and meet our legal, tax, insurance, and contractual obligations
• Send marketing communications where you have not opted out

We do not use the information you submit through this website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

How information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the circumstances below.

Service providers

Companies that run parts of our operation on our behalf — website hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and similar. They may process information only to provide those services to us, and not for their own purposes.

Project participants

Where reasonably necessary to plan, price, or carry out your project, we may share relevant project information with subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, suppliers, engineers, architects, designers, consultants, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the work. We share what those parties need for their role — for example a scope of work, drawings, measurements, selections, or a property address — rather than your whole file.

Legal and safety

Where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably need to in order to establish or defend legal claims, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of people or property.

Business transfers

If the business is sold, merged, or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would expect any successor to honour this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as we are required to keep it for legal, tax, insurance, warranty, or record-keeping reasons.

• Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and are then reviewed and removed.
• Project records, including drawings, selections, and correspondence, are kept for the life of the project and afterwards for warranty, insurance, and legal purposes.
• Trade partner and vendor records are kept while the relationship is active, and afterwards as required for tax, insurance, and contractual reasons.

You can ask us to delete information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required or permitted to keep it.

How we protect information

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with reputable hosting and storage providers. Files you upload are stored privately, are not publicly accessible, and can be retrieved only by an authenticated member of our team. Access to enquiry and partner records requires a password-protected account.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. That is part of why we ask you not to send Social Security numbers, banking details, or government identification through this website.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states have comparable rights under their own laws. Those rights commonly include:

• The right to know what personal information we hold about you and to obtain a copy
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information
• The right to ask us to delete personal information
• The right to opt out of targeted advertising, and of any sale or sharing of personal information
• The right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights

How to make a privacy request

To make a request, contact us using the details in the Contact section below and tell us what you would like us to do. Please include enough information for us to find your records — for example the name, email address, and phone number you used when you contacted us.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, using information we already hold. We do not ask for additional sensitive documents in order to verify you. If you use an authorised agent, we may ask for proof that you have authorised them to act for you.

We aim to respond within the time your state's law allows. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the decision and tell you the outcome.

To opt out of analytics or advertising technologies on this website, use Your Privacy Choices in the footer. That choice is stored in your browser, so you will need to set it again on other browsers or devices.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging construction and remodeling work. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites — for example our social media profiles, our Google Business Profile, and the websites of manufacturers and suppliers. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business, our website, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
