Kitchen Remodeling in Fort Worth, Designed and Built by One Team

We are a Fort Worth design-build firm. Your kitchen is drawn, priced, and built by the same team — so the plan you approve is the plan that gets built.

Start with a conversation at your home.

We look at the kitchen, talk through what is not working and what you want to change, and explain what the work would involve — before anyone commits to anything.

So we can confirm the project is in our service area.

A range is enough. It tells us what scope is realistic before we meet.

What isn't working today, what you'd like to change, or when you'd like to start.

We read every enquiry personally. Your details are used to respond to this project and nothing else — see our Privacy Policy.

This page is for you if

  • You are remodeling a kitchen in Fort Worth or the surrounding Metroplex.
  • You want one team accountable for the design and the construction, not a designer handing drawings to a builder.
  • You would rather resolve layout, cabinetry, and appliance decisions on paper than during demolition.
  • You want a real number before work starts, not an allowance that moves.
  • The kitchen opens into other rooms, and you want the whole sequence to read as one design.

A kitchen is the most technically demanding room in a house. It carries plumbing, gas, ventilation, dedicated circuits, and appliances with real clearance requirements — all inside a layout that has to work for the way a specific family moves through it. We design the room and build it, which means those constraints get resolved on paper before they become field decisions.

What’s Included

  • Layout and space planning
  • Cabinetry design, specification, and installation
  • Countertop and backsplash selection and templating
  • Appliance planning, clearances, and integration
  • Lighting design — ambient, task, and decorative
  • Plumbing and electrical coordination
  • Ventilation and make-up air
  • Flooring and transitions

What actually matters on this work

Layout before finishes
Cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and stone get chosen late. Where the sink, range, refrigerator, and circulation go gets decided first, because everything else depends on it.
Storage that matches the household
Interior fittings — drawer configurations, pantry depth, appliance garages — are planned around what actually gets stored, not a standard cabinet catalog.
Systems you won't see
Ventilation sizing, dedicated circuits, and water supply are unglamorous and are the things that make a kitchen work for twenty years.

Why design-build changes a kitchen project

A kitchen carries plumbing, gas, ventilation, dedicated circuits, and appliances with real clearance requirements, all inside a layout that has to suit one specific household. When a designer draws it and a separate contractor prices it afterwards, the negotiation that follows is a redesign under time pressure — and the homeowner pays for it twice.

We price as we draw. Cabinetry, stone, plumbing locations, lighting, and appliances are resolved together during design, because each one depends on the others. That is what makes a fixed scope possible before demolition, and it is why change orders on our projects come from genuine surprises behind the drywall rather than from decisions that were simply left open.

Design and preconstruction are led by Jennifer Valdes, CRD, a NARI Certified Remodeling Designer. The drawings are tested against real cost and real site conditions as they develop, by the people who will build from them.

Common Questions

Before you start.

Request a Kitchen Consultation
Do you remodel kitchens in Fort Worth?
Yes. Fort Worth is our home city — our office is on Crockett Street — and we work throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, and Keller.
What does a kitchen remodel with PHR include?
Layout and space planning, cabinetry design and installation, countertops and backsplash, appliance planning and clearances, lighting design, plumbing and electrical coordination, ventilation and make-up air, and flooring with its transitions. Design and construction are handled by the same team.
How does a kitchen project start?
With a consultation at your home. We look at the existing kitchen, talk through what is not working and what you want to change, and explain what the work would involve before anyone commits to anything.
Can you open the kitchen into the living area?
Often, yes — but whether a wall can come out depends on what it is carrying. That is a question we answer during design rather than during demolition, which is the point of resolving structure before the scope and the price are fixed.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on the scope, the selections, and what the existing conditions turn out to allow, so we do not quote a standard duration. You will have a schedule as part of preconstruction, before construction begins, alongside the scope and the estimate.
What will it cost?
We do not publish kitchen pricing, because a number quoted without seeing the room is a guess. The consultation and preconstruction process is what produces a real estimate tied to your actual selections and your actual house.
