1. About this website and these terms

PHR Design Build (“PHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the business brand operating this website. You may also know us as Pro Home Renovations.

These terms apply to your use of this website, including reading its content and submitting any form on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is provided for information about our residential design and renovation services, and as a way to contact us.

2. Using this website

You may use this site if you are at least 18 years old. The site is written for homeowners, trade professionals, and suppliers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area we serve.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.

3. Website information is general

Content on this site describes the kind of work we do in general terms. It is not design, engineering, construction, legal, financial, or tax advice for your property, and it is not a substitute for advice about your particular home and circumstances.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but content can become out of date, and we may correct or update it at any time.

4. No contract is created through this website

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work at any particular price, scope, or schedule. Using the site or submitting a form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation for either of us.

5. Preliminary project information

Early conversations, site visits, design ideas, preliminary layouts, and initial descriptions of scope help us understand a project. They are preliminary. They are not a commitment to any design, price, schedule, or scope unless and until they are included in a written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Estimates and investment ranges

Every renovation is different. Project scope, existing conditions, materials, design decisions, and construction requirements determine final investment. Our team develops project-specific pricing after learning more about the home and proposed scope.

Our project form asks for an anticipated investment range. It helps us understand the scope you have in mind. It is not a quote, an agreed budget, or a commitment by either party, and choosing a range does not set the price of any work.

Any estimate or figure we share before a written agreement is signed is preliminary, and may change as scope, existing conditions, selections, and requirements become known.

7. Project photography and renderings

Photographs in our portfolio show examples of our work. They are not a representation of what another project will cost, how long it will take, or exactly how it will look. Results vary with the property, its existing conditions, the selections made, and the scope agreed.

Some images may be styled for photography. Where the site shows a rendering or design visualization, it illustrates design intent rather than completed work, and a finished space may differ from it.

8. Permits, codes, and professional requirements

Whether a project needs permits, inspections, engineering, architectural services, homeowners' association approval, or other professional involvement depends on the property, the scope, and the rules of the local jurisdiction.

Nothing on this website determines those requirements for your project. They are assessed for a specific project, and responsibility for them is set out in the written agreement for that project.

9. Form submissions

When you submit a project enquiry, a trade partner application, or a vendor registration, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Submitting a form does not oblige us to respond, to prepare a proposal, to engage you, or to place an order. We may decline any enquiry or application for any lawful reason.

10. Files and information you submit

Some forms let you attach files, such as photographs of your home, a certificate of insurance, or a catalogue. You are responsible for what you send.

By submitting information or a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you allow us to use it internally to review and respond to your enquiry, application, or registration. Submitting a file does not transfer ownership of it to us.

11. Lawful use of this website

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit information that is false, misleading, or not yours to submit.
• Upload anything containing malware or designed to damage or disrupt the site.
• Try to access areas of the site that are not intended for you, including the administrative area.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content, photographs, or contact details from the site.
• Use any form to send advertising or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to bypass its security.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

We may block access or remove submitted content where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

12. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photography, drawings, layout, and design — belongs to PHR Design Build or to those who licensed it to us, unless a page says otherwise. Our names and brand marks are ours.

You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially use any part of the site, including our photography or brand marks, without our written permission.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, please contact us and we will look into it.

13. Links to other websites

The site may link to websites we do not control, such as a social media profile, a review platform, or a manufacturer's site. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and policies apply once you leave this site.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what this site collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Please read it before you submit a form.

You can change your cookie and analytics choices at any time through “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of every page.

15. Communications

When you submit a form, you are asking us to reply about what you sent, and we will contact you about it using the details you gave.

Marketing is separate and always optional. We send marketing email or marketing text messages only to people who tick the relevant optional box, and ticking it is never required to submit a form.

You can stop marketing email with the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, and marketing texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop us replying about an active enquiry or project.

16. Trade partners and vendors

Completing the trade partner application or vendor registration does not approve your company or guarantee any enquiry, order, bid invitation, or volume of work, and does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Any working relationship begins only under a separate written agreement, and any purchase is made only under a purchase order or written agreement from us.

17. Site availability

The site may occasionally be unavailable, including for maintenance. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it, including pages and forms, at any time.

18. Accessibility

We work to make this site usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. Our Accessibility page describes what we have done so far.
